PE insulation high temperature resistance

The use of small diameter coaxial cables must be assembled with connectors or welded on the PCB board. Besides to meet the basic electrical performance requirements, the high temperature resistance of the PE insulation is also very important. It is quite clear to see the high temperature resistance result by using soldering iron. In the video, the normal PE insulation from the right is damaged by the iron, while thanks to our new technology, the PE insulation from the left is no damage at all. This technology is widely used in our various types of small diameter coaxial cables, such as RG174, LMR100, RG174LL, etc.
